Tiffany Andras-Myers

Graduated EMI Level One 300-hr Training 2018
Location Atlanta, GA
Focus Young adults, underserved and under-resourced communities, mindfulness through movement

Tiffany found her way to mindfulness and meditation in 2012 after graduating with her Master’s of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. Despite achieving all markers of success in both her career and personal life, she discovered happiness wasn’t just waiting at the end of the success tunnel. It was through the practices of mindfulness and meditation that Tiffany feels she found a deep and lasting connection to wholeness, presence, compassion, and peace. After finding the inner roots of joy and love, she shifted the focus of her career path and began pursuing yoga and meditation as a way to give back to the world. Tiffany is an RYT, 200 certified yoga teacher, a certified facilitator of Secular Buddhism through the Foundation for Mindful Living, and a certified Mindfulness Teacher through the Engaged Mindfulness Institute’s 300-hour training. She now works through her non-profit, A Mindful Heart, to bring the essential tools of mental and emotional health and wellbeing to underserved and under-resourced communities in Atlanta. She also teaches yoga full-time as both a private and studio instructor and is joyously riding the waves of living as a wife and mother. Tiffany absolutely loves any chance to facilitate mindfulness to any and all groups of human beings.
