My passion is to share the healing practice of mindfulness with others to promote greater peace and well-being for ourselves and a greater sense of connection and compassion to each other and our world. Currently interested in teaching mindfulness to at risk individuals in my community while continuing to explore incorporating other healing practices like yoga.
I live outside Chicago with my husband Ross and our dog Vinny. I am the mother of 4 grown children. I graduated in 1985 from the University of Iowa with degree in finance. Alongside being a stay at home mother, I have been an avid reader and engaged learner all my life.
