Lina Daou Boudiab, MSN, RN, has been a nurse for over 25 years and a nurse educator for over 13 years. She has been committed to changing the culture of healthcare to a more holistic, patient centered care that addresses the whole person and all his or her comfort needs: physical, psychological, spiritual, socio-cultural, and environmental.
She was first interested in mindfulness as a way to manage chronic pain and live a fuller, more meaningful life. She is also trained in Healing Touch, National Acudetox Association (NADA) Auricular Acupuncture, as well as Battlefield Acupuncture.
Lina works with Veterans experiencing chronic pain, Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD), depression, addiction, among others, to promote holistic comfort and wellbeing. She teaches mindfulness to staff to decrease stress, enhance relationships, and foster a positive work environment.
Lina believes that mindfulness practice helps us tap into our inner resources and empowers us to take charge of our own health and wellbeing. It provides us with insight to navigate our life with equanimity and …yes… with joy… while “keeping our seat” amidst the turbulence…
Lina is available for one-on-one or group training.
