Every Wednesday 7-9pm

This weekly meditation/book study group is offered in a non-sectarian context and is open to everyone. This group is appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners alike and is offered on a Dana (generosity) or pay what you can basis with a suggested donation of $5 to $10 per group.

Fleet Maull, PhD has been teaching mindfulness meditation for more than 35 years. He is a fully empowered, senior teacher in both the Shambhala/Tibetan and Zen meditation traditions and a certified council leader. He is the founder of Prison Mindfulness Institute and cofounder of the Engaged Mindfulness Institute.

Ariel Pliskin has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years and teaching for 6. He is an EMI certified mindfulness teacher, certified yoga instructor, Zen Peacemakers Minister and experienced council facilitator. He is the founder of Stone Soup Cafe in Greenfield, MA.

Geoff BoGai Taylor has been practicing Zen as a meditation specialist for about twenty-five years, currently in the Harada/Yasutani and Zen Peacemaker lineages. He is an EMI certified mindfulness teacher, and leads mindfulness groups in nearby county jails. And he’s in a band.

FYI: Windhorse Hill is located on top of the hill behind the white farmhouse/barn. Please drive slowly. Ample parking at the top of the hill. The Dojo entrance is to the left.

About Windhorse Hill Retreat Center

The Dojo is located at Windhorse Hill Retreat Center, a serene and private 18 acre retreat-like setting nestled on a hillside adjacent to 45 acres of protected conservation land. The farm is 10 minutes from Greenfield and Old Deerfield, and just 25 minutes from Amherst, Brattleboro and Northampton. Windhorse Hill is past the white farmhouse and barn and up the hill. Ample parking at the top of the hill.
