11:40am – Sitting & Walking Mindfulness Practice

12:30pm – Lunch

1:30pm – Rest, Study, Exercise or Walking

2:30pm – Guided Mindfulness Practice

3:00pm – Sitting & Walking Mindfulness Practice

4:00pm – Tea Break

4:30pm –¬†Sitting & Walking Mindfulness Practice

6:00pm – Dinner

7:00pm – Sitting Mindfulness Practice

7:30pm – Evening Talk

9:00pm – Retire
