Detailed Course Outline for the Level One (300-hr) Mindfulness Facilitator Training

Structurally the program includes an initial in-person, week-long mindfulness retreat; three online courses combined with biweekly, group mentor calls and regular personal mindfulness practice; and a concluding week-long mindfulness and facilitator training retreat, as follows:

 

First Retreat: Silent Mindfulness Retreat

One-week retreat at Windhorse Hill Retreat Center in Deerfield, MA led by Fleet Maull (usually held last week in September)

Schedule:
